HomePath Program for Investors

If you have ever considered purchasing an investment property, the HomePath Mortgage program is a great program for getting started. Available on certain bank owned properties, a HomePath mortgage allows you to purchase an investment property with as little at 10% down (compared with 20%-25% with conventional financing). The program also has a higher cap on seller-paid closing costs than conventional loans, allowing you to purchase a property with less cash out of your pocket.
